12 Weeks to Get On With Your Life
T𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒎𝒂 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄!
Healing from trauma doesn’t require being traumatized again.
Contrary to what some models suggest, you don’t need to “go back through it” in order to move forward.
With trauma-informed, body-based, and creative approaches, healing can be gentle, collaborative, and paced for your nervous system.
12-Week Module Overview
Week 1: Reclaiming Your Life with Trauma-Informed Thinking
