Holistic Support for Your Psychedelic & Healing Journeys
Trauma-Informed Coaching and Trauma Healing Support
Support for Trauma, High-Control Harm and Life Disruption
TraumaRevolution offers trauma-informed therapeutic coaching and structured programs to support trauma healing, autonomy, and recovery. With the right support, insight, and practical tools—including help making sense of meaningful or destabilizing psychedelic experiences—it’s possible to move toward clarity, steadiness, and a life that feels aligned with who you are now, not just who you had to be to survive.
A Grounded, Ethical Approach to Healing
Services Offered
These days, nearly every mental health professional seems to “specialize” in trauma, but the real art of therapy often gets drowned out. Modalities are emphasized as quick fixes or trendy methods, yet they’re only as effective as the therapeutic relationship supporting them. Too often, training programs skip over the subtle skills that make you
feel seen, safe, and understood. For over 28 years, I’ve been dedicated to providing trauma-informed care that goes beyond rigid frameworks, focusing instead on authentic connection and support to help you move toward genuine healing.
Trauma
I bring a holistic perspective that rejects the confines of diagnostics and labels, and leads to work anchored in genuine compassion. Here, we forge a powerful alliance, blending education and emotional support to light your way forward. Traumatic experiences don’t have to dominate your life; they don’t have to imprison you. I am convicted that, with the right support, you can break free from those chains, moving toward a life you truly desire—one that resonates with your deepest authenticity and innate resilience. Together, we’ll ignite a transformation that feels not just possible, but “doable”. In fact, I call it “difficult but doable” work.
Religious Abuse & Ex-Cult Members
Religious Abuse Syndrome and cult membership (religious or otherwise) can cast a long shadow, leaving scars that often linger for a lifetime. Ex-members frequently grapple with two profound traumas: the painful experiences of being enmeshed in the group and the heart-wrenching process of leaving it behind. “Purity culture” leaves lasting effects by shaping identity around shame and compliance, distorting relationships with the body and desire, and making self-trust, boundaries, and consent harder to access long after the beliefs themselves are questioned. I intimately understand the complexities of these circumstances and provide informed, compassionate support tailored to your unique situation. Additionally, I extend my support to family members and friends who are wrestling with the anguish of watching a loved one become entangled in a group. Together, we can navigate these turbulent waters, fostering healing and understanding in a safe space where your voice is heard and your experiences validated.
Plant Medicine
Recent research reveals that psychedelic plant medicines can be remarkably effective in helping people break free from the grips of depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. But this research is clear: the journey to healing with these powerful tools requires skilled, knowledgeable support. That’s where I come in. I work with plant medicines, providing a safe, informed space for these experiences to unfold, guiding you toward profound transformation and healing.
A harm reduction approach in psychedelic work prioritizes informed choice, realistic education, attention to power and context, and ongoing support to minimize risk while honoring each person’s autonomy and lived experience.

You are an adult who may have lived through experiences that reshaped how you see yourself, others, or the world. You might still have questions that were never safe to ask, boundaries that were ignored or a sense that your autonomy was overridden by someone else’s authority.
You may be recovering from trauma, from a high-control or coercive environment or from experiences that blurred power, belonging, and choice. You may also be integrating a psychedelic journey that opened something meaningful, destabilizing, or both and want trauma-informed support that honors your experience without rushing to interpret it.
You are not broken. You are seeking clarity, agency, and a way back into relationship with your own wisdom.
Effective Support—Beyond Labels
This work does not replace therapy when deeper clinical treatment is needed—but for many people, it is exactly the level of support that leads to meaningful, lasting change.
And The Day Came When The Pain Of Remaining The Same Became Greater Than The Risk To Grow.
