Transparency and Choice

Fees are listed openly here as part of my commitment to transparency, so decisions can be made with clarity rather than pressure. For many survivors, choosing to invest in support can be a first moment of choosing themselves. At the same time, there is no expectation or urgency to proceed. Choice includes deciding to wait, to ask questions, or not to engage at all.

For survivors, money often carries history. Here, fees are shown as part of a transparency process that supports safety, agency and informed choice, without pressure or surprise.

What This Covers

This investment covers time, preparation, and integration support within a trauma-informed framework. It reflects the scope of the work, professional training, and the care involved in holding space with attention to boundaries, consent, and pacing. What I offer is defined and contained, so expectations are clear on both sides.

Pacing and Timing

Decisions about timing belong to you. There is space to consider, to wait, or to decide that now is not the right moment. This work respects that pacing is part of care, and that choosing when or whether to engage is itself an expression of agency.
