Healing After Trauma is my premier trauma-informed program for individuals seeking to build — or deepen — a strong foundation for long-term healing and recovery. Designed for those who may be newly beginning their healing journey as well as those who have already done meaningful inner work, this 12-week experience offers structured support, trauma education and practical tools for understanding the effects of trauma on the mind, body and nervous system.
Together, we explore healing through a compassionate and integrative lens that honors pacing, safety, self-awareness and relational support. The program combines trauma-informed psychoeducation with practical skills and reflective work intended to strengthen emotional regulation, self-trust, nervous system awareness and the capacity for deeper healing over time.
Rather than promising quick transformation or “fixes,” this program is designed to help participants develop a steadier and more sustainable foundation for healing — one that can continue to support growth, connection and recovery long after the 12 weeks are complete.

We’ll discuss the most important decision you may make in order to move ahead.

Week 4: Understanding Ambivalent Attachment (AAI)
Have you been called “too much” or struggled with feeling clingy or fearful of abandonment? Have you even been diagnosed with “Borderline Personality Disorder”? Discover how AAI develops and how it impacts relationships—and how to heal.

Use SoulCollage™ to map out your next steps. Integrate what you’ve learned, name your growth, and finish up with a toolkit to keep healing on your own terms.
Trauma healing doesn’t have to be traumatic!
Childhood trauma can lead to an adulthood spent in survival mode, afraid to plant roots, to plan for the future, to trust, and to let joy in. It’s a blessing to shift from surviving to thriving. It’s not simple, but there is more than survival. – Unknown
