A Trauma Intensive gives you focused time to work with a particular experience, painful memory, recurring trigger or pattern that continues to affect your life. Together, we'll explore what happened, how it may still be affecting you and what may be keeping you stuck. With three hours, there's room to follow what emerges without constantly watching the clock, while slowing down or taking breaks when needed. We'll use approaches tailored to you, with time for reflection and integration before we finish.
